Knight Marketing cancellation policy
Cancel your monthly plan anytime through your customer portal or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. One-time services are non-refundable once work has started, and all sales are final.
In plain words
In plain words
- Monthly plans run month to month, so you can cancel anytime.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you are in, not right away.
- All sales are final: no partial-month refunds and no refunds on completed or scheduled work.
- One-time services become non-refundable once work has started.
- We may pause or end a project for nonpayment, unreasonable communication, or scope that no longer matches the agreement.
Monthly plans have no long-term contract
Monthly packages run month to month; there is no long-term contract. You are free to cancel at the point your plan no longer fits.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
You can cancel through your customer portal or by sending written notice by email. Either way, the cancellation applies at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, not the day you submit it.
- Through the portal: log in, open your active subscription, and select the cancellation option.
- By email: send your cancellation request if you cannot access or complete it in the portal.
- No partial-month refunds or credits: a cycle you have started is paid in full.
- Work already completed or scheduled for that cycle is not cancelled or refunded.
One-time services are final once work begins
A la carte, one-time services are billed at purchase. All sales are final, and once work has started on a one-time service it is not refundable.
Missed deadlines on your side do not pause billing
If materials, approvals, or feedback are not provided on time, your billing cycle continues as scheduled. A missed deadline on the client side does not qualify for a refund or a credit.
We may pause or end a project for nonpayment or scope issues
Knight Marketing may pause or cancel services if payment is not received, communication becomes unreasonable, or the work requested falls outside the agreed scope. Work already billed or completed is not refunded in these cases.
How to send a cancellation request
Cancel through your customer portal, or email your request and include your business name, your contact details, and the services you want to cancel.
Questions people ask
Can I get a partial refund if I cancel mid-month?
No. All sales are final, and monthly services are billed in advance with no partial-month refunds or credits.
What happens to work that is already in progress when I cancel?
Work already completed or scheduled for the current billing cycle is not cancelled or refunded; your cancellation takes effect at the end of that cycle.
Is there a contract I need to get out of?
No. Monthly packages run month to month with no long-term contract, so there is nothing to break, only the current billing cycle to finish out.
