Knight Marketing billing policy

Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. A la carte services are paid in full before work starts. All sales are final, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

In plain words

In plain words

  • Monthly plans bill in advance each month and keep renewing until you cancel.
  • One-time services are paid in full before work begins.
  • All sales are final; we do not issue pro-rated refunds or partial credits.
  • Cancellations and pauses take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, not mid-cycle.
  • If a payment fails, work can pause until it is resolved.

Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel

Knight Marketing bills monthly packages in advance on a recurring basis, and billing renews on the same date each month. Billing runs as a monthly retainer, a one-time project fee, or a fixed-price project depending on what you buy.

  • Subscriptions continue until you cancel through the customer portal or by email.
  • No pro-rated refunds or partial credits are given for unused time.
  • Monthly packages run month to month, with no long-term contract.

A la carte services are paid in full before work starts

A la carte services require full payment at the time of purchase, and work begins once payment is received.

  • All sales are final.
  • Major credit cards and the payment methods available in our billing system are accepted, and all payments are processed securely.

A late or failed payment can pause your services

If a payment fails or a subscription goes past due, services may be paused until payment is resolved, and access to deliverables or reporting may be temporarily suspended.

  • Repeated failed payments may result in account termination.
  • You are responsible for keeping an active payment method on file.

Prices can change, but existing clients get advance notice

Knight Marketing may update pricing for subscriptions or services at any time. Existing clients receive advance notice before any change takes effect. Invoices and receipts are sent by email and are also available in the customer portal.

Report a billing dispute within five business days

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within five business days of the charge and we will review it.

Cancelling or pausing takes effect at the end of the billing cycle

Cancellations must be submitted through the customer portal or in writing by email, and take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Payments already processed are final and cannot be refunded, and renewal charges cannot be reversed once processed.

  • Pause requests must also go through the customer portal or in writing.
  • A pause begins at the end of the current billing cycle, not mid-cycle.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for an early pause.
